Spatial Econometric Model for Mapping Poverty Area in West Sulawesi

This paper depicts the frameworks of spatial regression methods which cover interaction effects and apply it to analyze distribution poverty area for five districts in West Sulawesi. These consider queen contiguity-based weights create spatially lagged variables Spatial Lag Model, Error Model (SEM), Durbin Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Model. The percentage represents observed dependent variable this article while several independent are recorded by previous research correlated poverty. analysis results showed that should be involved econometric model because an estimated parameter is statistically significant. To select criteria, AIC Likelihood ratio test used criteria highlight better than other model.
